Dr. Eric Cervini graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University in 2014, with an AB in history and political science. As an undergraduate, he taught civics and international relations to hundreds of students in Boston, San Francisco, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Madrid, and Brussels. After receiving the prestigious Gates Scholarship, he received his PhD in History from the University of Cambridge in 2019. His experience in classrooms across the world — and his research across the humanities and sciences — has given him the unique ability to work with students of all backgrounds. 

Eric has taught ACT math and science to high school students for the last decade. After receiving a perfect score on the ACT in 2009, he began his own tutoring company. At SSP, we’re delighted that Eric will join our team as an ACT tutor as he puts the finishing touches on his first book, The Deviant’s War, slated for publication in June 2020.
